BNL Modular Systems

BNL Modular Systems provide turn-key kits for facilities, infrastructure and utilities based on our proprietary modular design, which minimises project overhead and time for deployment.

The idea behind BNL Modular Systems is to provide cities, developers, industries and utilities with a building block kits for their clean energy, infrastructure, networks and logistics.

Every city, facility, industry or operation needs clean energy, infrastructures and utilities, but how do you get these fast and cost-effective? The answer is BNL Clean Solutions, where we have combined BNL Modular Systems with BNL Clean Technologies for providing turn-key modular clean solutions.

Suitable for farms, greenhousing, plantations and other stand-alone applications, providing power, steam and district energy with thermal capacities from 3 to 15 MW and power generation up to 5 MW, It is emission-free (no CO2, no air pollution) and completely enclosed (no sound emission, no odor).

BNL Clean Energy technology can process most combustible substances, including biofuels, combustibles, paper, plastics, sludge and waste. Feedstocks can be mixed and our clean energy process automatically adjusts changes, which makes operation of BNL Clean Energy Plants very flexible over time.

Suitable for industrial power, steam and district energy supply with thermal capacities from 10 to 45 MW and power generation up to 15 MW, It is emission-free (no CO2, no air pollution) and completely enclosed (no sound emission, no odor).

Our fully enclosed BNL Clean Energy process is climate and environmental friends. It operates continously without any smoke, air pollutions or CO2-emissions. Zero Emission.

Internal combustion gases are converted to useful products such as sustainable fuels and water. Feedstock contamination is extracted and completely recycled, including aluminum, toxic elements, metals and inter materials (sand, glass). Zero Waste.

The BNL Clean Energy process generates electricity, hot gases, steam, distric energy for heating and cooling as well as sustainable fuels. Its automatic operation instantly adapts to the current electricity and energy needs. This means that peak and low consumption can autoamtically be compensated for, which lowers investment costs, improves feedstock energy utilisation and increases revenue.
